Shana is always the most professional but very personable. I appreciate the balance she provides and I always know I am receiving the best care. Even, when she tells you the hard stuff that is not quite what you want to hear!! Very thorough with a lot of common sense!

We just love Shana!She is so caring and very good with Galen. She has a great sense of humor, which you have to have when working with him! She takes time to explain everything and is just genuinely a nice and knowledgeable person. We would recommend Shana to everyone!
