As a person with chronic pain .Shana has been a ray of hope .. and finding practical and effective ways to deal with pain. Making progress but cant fix a decade quickly.. Please note the comments about access to appointments are systemic. Not personal. Shana was willing to make time for an appointment when the system didn't have an open appointment. Shows a commitment! Also she has on weekends gone to education classes.in our appointments she works to translate that education to patient care . So grateful for a provider who is adaptive!
