I would not change my provider for anyone else. She is an amazing assistant physician/doctor because she listens attentively to your needs. Then she gives you her feedback on whatever issue you came to see her for.

The issues with Prime Care are not related to the medical care providers. its the bureaucracy.

I gave good rating to staff assuming is in reference to the doctor not to the office staff and the despicable office manager. If we are taking overall is so hard to rate them because It is like day and night. Doctor Shalini is great the office people are awful.

Shalini is the best provider I've ever gone to in my many years of living. I truly believe that she takes the time and really puts a lot of effort into making sure that we get the best care as a patient. Would highly recommend her, which I have actually to family members and don't want to see anyone else but Shalini.

Shalini is the most compassionate PCP I've ever had. She's through, thoughtful, caring, sympathetic and yes, loving. She listens to you. Never rushes your visit. Always takes care to ensure you get the right care. And...she has gorgeous hair. ?

I love Shalini. She's very thorough. She listens. She's patient. And she also knows, she's very knowledgeable about, you know, information. And she's also helps you to understand the importance of certain things and recommend certain things. So I definitely love calling to her and just enjoy every single time I come and visit her. I will be coming back again.

Dr. Shalini is truly amazing. She actively listens to your concerns and addresses each one individually and in detail. I admit I am not a big fan of the front desk staff, not sure if they are just understaffed but the phone is rarely answered and so it takes some time to actually set up an appointment. They also did not call me to get my bloodwork done although the order was put in last month.

Hi, my appointment with Dr. Shalini went well. I was able to discuss all my concerns and questions and she went through, I had a list because I can't remember everything and I'd rather be prepared. And she took the time to go through all my lists and answer everything and even went over things for the future. So I was greatly appreciated everything that she did.
