Everything was good in all departments and with all staff with the exception of the PACU. I can't remember the nurses name that took care of me but she was far from pleasant. Not very helpful, I was offered nothing to drink, which I really needed after the procedure I had and seemed to be reluctant to do much of anything. I don't know if she was having a bad day or is just not happy with her job. But she truly needs to lighten up with patients; we are after all not feeling well and don't want unpleasant staff.

Excellent care, but the bathroom was freezing 😂
