As I wrote previously, Philip was very conscientious, helpful, & professional. Ruby Rodriguez is also always helpful & courteous! PLEASE return to former policy of phone text confirmation with date & time of my next office visit so I can easily read it. I DO NOT want the big hassle/difficulty of going into multiple steps of your patient portal impediment in order to simply verify my next scheduled office visit.
