I think as a new patient it would of been nice to discuss when the result of the X-ray would be giving to me. And it would of been more comforting to talk about my sleeping aid.

Dr Walizada is very knowledgeable and also approachable. She does a good job having a conversation about healthcare instead of her "telling" what to do

This is the first time I have had this happen with this provider, but because of it I was unable to get my questions answered and she prescribed a new medication with no explained about it to me because I couldn’t stay late.

Not terribly happy with the follow up communication. Whether it’s through my chart or phone call or other doctors office is calling to get a referral signed by Dr. Walizada so that I can do what I need to do just doesn’t seem to take place for weeks at a time. I’m actually extremely frustrated with all of it.

I have always discussed my issues before and never been charged for an office visit. I’ve had thyroid and medication issues, neither of these were discussed.
