I appreciated how quickly they reached out to me after I got home from the EE and now quickly I could make an appointment. The provider was very validating in the things I was doing right to take care of myself and told me I should come in the office to be seen.

Shahla was awesome. I was feeling very vulnerable about my visit due to the sensitivity of the why. Shahla was attentive, empathetic and understanding. She made sure to explain things in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable around my concern. While I really like my physician there, and was nervous about seeing another provider, Shahla exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Price, who I've never seen before, listened attentively to my explanation of symptoms, asked relevant questions, explained what was probably ailing me and the importance of starting medication and to be seen by a physician in person. She prescribed the medication and set up a follow up appointment with one of her colleagues. She followed up to that second visit had looked at the test results (of the tests she ordered) and really took an continued interest in my health. I was very impressed by her in-depth answers to my questions and concerns. I could not be happier with her.

She was THE BEST virtual appointment I've ever had at Hopkins!!!! She exuded genuine knowledge, compassion, and concern! I will always seek this outstanding PA-C whenever I have any future health issues that need immediate care! She's an angel, and I felt so extremely well taken care of, and she explained everything to me about my virus/cold so that I clearly understood why and what I may expect to relieve any anxiety! She deserves a raise, Hopkins!!!
