I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Muhammad Usman Shahid and his entire team for the excellent care I received during my embolization procedure. From the very first consultation, the doctor was incredibly attentive. He took the time to listen to me, to explain every step of the process — both before and after the surgery — and most importantly, he showed a genuine concern for my well-being throughout the entire experience. During the procedure, I felt completely safe and cared for by a professional, compassionate, and highly skilled team. I deeply appreciate the warmth, the clear communication, and the thoughtful follow-up. I would also like to make a recommendation: I believe the University of Miami should increase awareness campaigns about this type of procedure. Currently, I understand it is only offered at two centers in Florida — Cleveland Clinic and the University of Miami — yet very few people are aware that this option exists, or that you perform it with such excellence. Expanding outreach could help many more patients who may benefit from this procedure but simply don’t know it’s available.
