Since the new clinic in Sun Prairie requires a much longer trip for me, he suggested that he could see if another ophthalmologist at the west Madison clinic might be available for future exams. Since this was my first visit with Dr. Ghghawala (my previous Dr. had retired), I thought that this was very considerate. But since I was pleased with his exam, I will continue to make the longer trip in the future.

Dr. G has been treating me for a re-occurring eye infection. Which has and is difficult. His attention to my needs has been and is exceptional.

he was trying to explain my eye situation to me while I was in the middle of his examination. I was unable to really have a conversation about the situation and ask questions. Felt I was being pushed to have the cataract procedure without fully understanding the options or timing.

The appointment felt rushed and he spent most of the time documenting things in the computer and not even looking at me when he was talking.

He was very personable, listened closely to my concerns and cared!! I truly wish I could have him as my doc, but the east side of Madison is just too far away for me!

As I sad, he is not robotic, all verbal interactions were ‘clipped’ as in a race. Not a relational person. I will find a different provider.

This was my first time seeing this doctor. He had obviously researched my records before this appointment and was very familiar with my medical history. He was very knowledgeable, professional and cordial.

Excellent doctor. My only complaint I had 2 cancelations which too an additional 2 months before I saw him. Not pleased with that at all.

He was personable, professional, and attentive. He knew my history and explained things very clearly. Dr. Geanon had said he would ensure I had someone "good" when he retired, and he was right. My second Dr. G and I'm very pleased.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ghoghawala after the retirement of Dr. Geanon. He took the time to study notes in my file and was thorough in the discussion of my history and current check up.
