Your offices are inefficient and seem to
Neglect that some of their patients are working professionals who make appointments they expect to take a certain amount of time.
I’m asked to show up 10-15 minutes before my appointment, then don’t get called back until it’s almost 20 minutes past my appointment and then have to wait another 25 minutes to see my physician. I didn’t get a chance to ask all of my questions and felt rushed because you basically didn’t see me until almost 45 minutes past my scheduled time.
This is ridiculous.

Although with my poor hearing, and his fast speech, I may have NOT understood everything he said; my wife also felt confident that he cared about MY problem and upcoming Ablation !
