He listens & demonstrates genuine care for patients. I had a question and thought I'd have to go back 2 years & explain everything. However, when I mentioned it, he said, "You asked about that last time. We'll talk about it." And we did. HE READ HIS NOTES & CAME TO MY APPOINTMENT PREPARED! In my experience with medical providers, this is unusual (though it shouldn't be) and I'm very pleased with Dr. Shah.

I met Dr. Shah for the first time today secondary to Dr. Berg retiring. As per usual all staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Shah is very personable and appears to be very knowledgeable. I appreciated my visit and meeting with him. Thank you St. Francis for your caring ways! Sincerely John J

Dr. Shah has been very kind in reviewing and explaining my condition. He talked with me and put me at ease during my appointment rather than focusing on the computer, which has sometimes happened in other health care settings. I have confidence in Dr. Shah's opinions and treatment recommendations, and I am grateful that he is my heart physician.
