Dr Shah is so kind with her patients. She is willing to be flexible with how she examines her patients. I love that she lets the children make the choices. She has no problem letting the children sit on their parents lap while she checks them. My child was very comfortable with her and I liked how she explained what she was doing so my daughter understood.

I adore Payal Shah she always goes above and beyond for my daughter since she was a tiny baby I wouldn't pick another provider but her because she cares and takes time with my daughter

Dr. Shah's care was excellent. Much more than expected. She carefully reviewed the information and followed up on how my son was doing in two phone calls in the days following the visit. I highly recommend it because it is excellent!

Dr. Payal is an amazing pediatrician, we love coming to see her with our son. She's very understanding and takes time to have meaningful conversation about our son's progress and gives us tips when needed. She is an amazing asset to the UM health system.
