Mary Jane always makes everyone feel special. She is down to earth and is very personable! Dr Shade really cares about me as a patient. He works hard to get my blood pressure and cholesterol down. He is the best Doctor I have ever went to and I am 72 yrs old! 😃

Dr. Shade and his staff take the time to answer questions, take an interest in their patients. I am very pleased with my care here. I trust Dr. Shade to give me the best care. He always has the best interest of his patients. I'm glad my husband and me were able to switch doctors from Dr. Luft. We never did see the doctor in the year we were there. It was a PA. His technicians were rude. She recommended I see a Kidney Specialist when it was not needed. She told my husband on the phone that I was the bad girl when it came to my tests. I heard this myself as she was on speaker phone. Very Unprofessional. I'm glad to be treated with respect from Dr. Shade and his care team. Thank you.

Dr. Shade and his people LISTEN and address questions in a way you know they understand and will do what's best to help or solve the issue at hand. We feel lucky to be in Dr. Shades care. Mary Jane and Julie are frosting on the cake. We have referred our daughter and her husband to Dr. Shade.

The whole experience was outstanding. I got my appointment the very same morning I called. I sat in the waiting room for less than five minutes for my appointment. Everyone was courteous and made my visit quite comfortable.
