The provider explained everything I needed to know

The Doctor was very informative. Very kind, really explained my condition and what he could do to help me. Also was clear saying what my risk would be if I proceded with surgery. Just also to mention, all my Doctors, about eight of them at Loyola, are all wonderful. They are all trying to help me with my many issues. I share with everyone how great they are. Also, everyone, staff, nurses, technicians, are all very kind. Only draw back is it takes a long time when seeing a new Droctor. How ever I understand that they are so good that they are extremely busy.

Being a First Time meeting and experience, it is hard to evaluate, but so far we are very satisfied.
