She is very nice and listens. During a previous appointment with her last year because I could not get in with Dr. [ ], she did not order the correct pulmonary function test actions which was confirmed by my doctor and Franciscan. So, being a nurse for 34 years, I question her knowledge still. Since I am sick and couldn't get in to see my doctor until July 16th, I decided to try Jackie again.
