Because they know what they are doing and they do it in a professional manner if I cause I have a problem I only have to call one time that's it. Doctor Seger and Bob and Heather. The. Front desk lady's also. They are fantastic.

See above! Dr Seger's care and insight for my well being is as if I were his mother! He takes note / discerns even what I am not saying and brings me to a place of decision and relief for proceeding with my health and mental concerns! So grateful for him!

Dr. Seger is very good at listening and responding with clear explanations of what his diagnosis is as well as common sense steps to follow as well as any recommended medications or treatments. He treats my fears and concerns seriously.

I already have - at least two have become recent patients and thanked me. Dr. Seger listens. He may present an opposing view but he explains it. I don't mind if he's running late because I know from experience he doesn't just cut you off to run to the next patient. I've always left satisfied.

I rated the doctor a 10 because he provided one of the most thorough and attentive medical experiences I’ve ever had. He spent nearly an hour with me, taking the time to truly understand my medical history, my current concerns, and what I hoped to accomplish with my care moving forward. He was incredibly open, patient, and receptive to everything I shared, which made me feel heard and supported.
His willingness to listen, explain, and collaborate on next steps gave me a high level of confidence and comfort—exactly what you hope for in a physician. This level of care is why I felt he fully deserved a perfect score.
