I love Dr. Eid and I have no problem with him. It was definitely his staff. The front desk was not nice.

Dr. Eid was understanding and compassionate answering all our questions and concerns. During our visit he actually called 2 of my other doctors to discuss with them potential problems regarding my operation. We all decided because of my age, 90, to wait 6 months and check again. Dr. Eid is the kind of doctor you really have faith in and you can tell he really loves what he does.

Dr. Eid is a truly gifted surgeon and a gentleman. I couldn't believe how great I felt after the surgery and today (post day 3) I have absolutely no discomfort.

I'm very happy with everything. Dr. Reed is knowledgeable. He knows, he's very professional. The only thing that I would like to see improved is that the visit feels very rushed. He comes in, he gives you information, and then he kind of leaves right away. So there is little time to, I feel like I am always rushed to ask questions or to, you know, to get answers for things. Like he's quick to answer and then he goes, okay, anything else? And then he stands up just to go. You know, I need the times where doctor will sit with you and explain things. Like I made an appointment, this appointment two months ago because he wanted to see me about a pump that I have in the hernia spot that was removed and he told me that if in two months I still have

Dr Eid was the only MD that took his time to listen and actually care about the pain I was in after numerous tests and different doctor appointments. I feel so lucky to have found this office. From front desk professionalism and speedy attention in filling out needed paperwork and schedule follow up appt was EXCELLENT!!! Nowadays is hard to get an actual person on the phone without speaking to a call center that show no interest. Forever grateful ?

Dr. Sebastian is one of the best doctors in my opinion. It's the first time I've seen him, but I know a lot about illnesses and I know he's excellent. Congratulations! Thank you so much for having Sebastian at medical center. At that place where they've always treated me. The whole corporation is one of the best. They've always treated me well.

I had a great experience with Dr. Eid. I always do. It was more the staff that I had issues with. They weren't bringing me in on time and they didn't update me on why it was taking so long.

Dr. Eid is very knowledgeable and is my go to when my insurance has him in network. He just knows what he's talking about. It's clear he was an A student and didn't just barely pass.
