One of the front desk staff went the extra mile to get the referral needed for my visit. She quickly contacted Virtua primary care so that I could be seen by my Ortho doctor that day.

Dr. Mcmillan was very thorough, genuinely caring about my medical problems. He had direct eye contact as I was speaking to him about my medical problems and good listening skills.

The system sends me texts all the time about my appointment. The system should also send me a text to say hey we're running late, come a half hour later, but you're in the queue.

I think it's outrageous that Dr. Macmillan is no longer doing knee replacements. I think the only negatives are since reconstructive surgery took over. It takes longer to get an appointment on the phone. You can't get through. If I directly contact Dr. Macmillan, it's always fine. You know, he's very quick to get back. But the new administration is not good. I think he deserves better.

Dr Sean McMillan is great at what he does as a surgeon. He's very respectful and literally cares about his patients. I'm having a difficult time with pain in my arm, not from the surgery, just from inflammation I'm having on the surgical arm and he is trying everything to help me get relief of pain. My body is being stubborn but I have faith in him that he will help me get my stiffness controlled and my arm moving in the right direction. Thank you for taking the time out to hear and listen to me.

Each person greeted me with a smile and treated me with respect. Very positive environment. All my questions were answered as each staff member in their role took time with me. Dr Mcmillan made me feel at ease from the first moment. I found him very personable, caring and knowledgeable.

My son is autistic, and everyone was so patient, understanding, and compassionate with him. They made him feel genuinely loved, safe, and cared for throughout the entire experience. From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctors, anesthesia team, and everyone else involved, they were all absolutely amazing. The doctor and staff went above and beyond. They made us feel less like we weren't walking into a medical office and more like we were walking into a family home.Their kindness, warmth, and the way they treated my son meant more to me than I could ever express. I truly cannot thank God enough for them!

Sean is a great doctor. He was highly recommended to my by my back surgeon and was a great choice. He explained the recovery from my surgery, even though initially I wasn't expecting it to be so tough. Great experience.

During my visit there were 2 medical students that stood during my visit. I did say that they could be in the room. Introspection I would have been more assertive during the consultation if they were not there. I last without enough information.

Sean Mcmillan is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He did my knee surgery and now he's working on my rotator cup. I just love him to death and he does excellent work.

Amazing experience!! Truly a professional one. I called for an appointment and the scheduler went out of her way to get me in-so much so, that she found a cancellation and got me in THAT DAY!! I was in so much pain too. I was checked in right away. Waited all of 2 minutes! Had a docs asst in to see me in less than 5. Did assessment quickly. I got sent back for X-rays right away. The tech was super sweet and very respectful of me as a patient in pain-and made sure I was always comfortable. Doc came in within 5 minutes after. Discussed a possible diagnosis and sent me for MRI. Offered an injection on site-and the docs asst gave it to me right away. He did an excellent job with minimal discomfort! I was checked out instantly and given all directions for tests clearly. In less than 24 hours, my MRI was approved and I had an appointment scheduled!! One of the best experiences at a doc's appointment I have in such a long time!!! I'll recommend this practice all day!!! Great job by this staff all around!

Yes, you did very well, but now I need wheelchair assistance to Virtua Lady Lourdes for the MRI, and I need virtual assistance wheelchair to my next appointment with Reconstructive Care.
