The [ ] was the result of a [ ] and I came through NCH Emergency. Dr. Scott Thompson was excellent at explaining what was going on what needed to be done any option I had available and I felt very well part of the process and informed to move forward. I would recommend Dr. Scott Thompson to anyone.

Yes - I received an [ ] at the time of my visit which allowed along with my physical examination the doctor to clearly explain the nature of my [ ] and render a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan. Therefore my care was provided in a professional manner and the physician, nurse and X-ray technician were friendly and responsive to all of my questions.

I forgot to get Dr. Thompson to call in my [ ] so I sent it a message in my portal for him to do so and less than 12 hours later, I got a response. Amazing!

The Dr, was very caring . I had my [ ], he did the [ ] at each visit to see the [ ]. He my pain level. He referred me to physical therapist. He has good bed side manners. I have no complaints about him. I am very impressed.
