This was my first visit with Scott and he was very friendly and professional. He listened and heard your concerns, communicated clearly, understood the decision I was about to make on surgery, and provided my husband and I time to discuss amongst ourselves. During that time he checked on surgery schedule availability and when he returned we provided him our decision and went on to schedule the surgery.

It us my hope that from the person who answers the phone, nurses, x-ray techs, to the PAs/doctors they all continue to treat those they care for the way they'd want to be treated, with kindness, dignity,and respect! I'll do my best to do the same! :)
