I felt like he was unprepared for my appointment , I had never seen him before in all the years I have been going there , he never even looked at my knee at a post op 6 week appointment , I had questions that he said he would have to look back at my chart , I felt like he was slightly annoyed at my questions , not at all like any experience I have ever had with this office , my husband was with me and we both felt the same , maybe he was having a bad day hopefully ,as he definitely did not represent the practice well . I have never had a problem going here for many years so I was a little disappointed, I love trinity health and will continue .

Always great experience! The way steroid injection given into shoulder is done effectively and gives me about 9 months pain relief.

Scott was an excellent partner to Dr. Pinto throughout my treatment. His messaging was consistent with respect to what I should expect during my recovery and rehab. He never seemed rushed and spend all of the time needed to answer questions and discuss recovery expectations.

He continued to make sure all of our questions were answered and he takes a lot of time explaining the post surgery process.

No greeting or first asking what my issues are for coming in. He walked in sat down and explained what shots are for, the frequency was. I was early for the frequency (2.5) months because I am traveling to Florida in one week and my pain was getting unbearable. He then understood and gladly administered the injection.
