Dr Shepard was very welcoming, thoroughly explained everything, showed me my Mri and explained in detail. He even know my symptoms before I said anything.

Dr Shepard is a really nice guy who knows his stuff. He is very up front with what is going to and gets right to the point. Has answered all my questions with down to earth answers that I can understand. he is gentle and compassionate.
