Good staff but terrible doctor.

I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to come into the room and from the very moment he stepped in he was in a rush to walk back out. We were rushed out of the room and most of my questions never got answered. Doctor decided to change the dose of the medication without fully understanding my history or needs. I have one more follow up with this doctor and if this next appointment doesn't go better I will never see this doctor again.

I waited a long time for this appointment, then the provider I met with only saw me for about 5 minutes. He didn't listen to my concerns, brushed me off and told me all my symptoms were just from my job and to ice my neck even though I've been having these awful symptoms for years. Will not be seeing this provider ever again.

It definitely seemed like you wanted to take the next steps to figure out what's going on below the surface. The appointment felt a little rushed. And the fact that I have to wait a month to do testing is a little unfortunate, but it was still like my answers or my questions were trying to be answered.

This doctor was very caring and respectful of my mother. He listened to her and he made her feel present and valued and I truly, truly appreciate his care. I actually was quite impressed with everything that he did in our office visit.

Very difficult to get an appointment. It took almost 4 mths and my primary doc and a navigator had to help schedule this. Also, I don't know at this point if I'm going to actually feel better. Nothing can be done until tests are completed which is another 3 weeks

I was very disappointed with the care I received. I came seeking a complete neurological evaluation due to serious symptoms affecting my daily life (pain, paresthesia, dizziness, weakness, difficulty sleeping). The doctor showed no interest in listening to my concerns or fully evaluating me. He only performed an EMG, which I knew doesn't always detect cervical problems, and then sent me home without further investigation or consideration of my symptoms. I left feeling ignored, without answers, and with the feeling that my problems weren't taken seriously. I'm seeking help because I'm genuinely going through a difficult time, and I expected more humane treatment and a more responsible evaluation. This experience left me with more anxiety and uncertainty. I need Virtua to take these cases seriously and ensure that patients are listened to and properly evaluated.

Appointment was made in a timely matter. Everyone was courteous and helpful, very caring. The Doctor was kind and listened to me, did not hurry my visit. Was very knowledgeable about my situation. Would highly recommend his services.

My experience at the doctor's office was wonderful. I have no bad critique at all. However, this phone call to take the survey is being sent to me during our dinner time. So it's six o'clock at night. So that I would definitely change. I wouldn't be calling people around dinner time.

I really like this Dr. He was a no nonsense type. He explained everything clearly. He continuously asked questions while doing the EMG test (this was both getting my medical history & a distraction). He took my issues seriously. He had a friendly mannerism as well.

I would have liked to have them know the last MRI that I received. And in the one from 2016, I had much more recent MRIs than that. And I think that should have been looked into. I should have brought my disc, but They were done in virtual memorials, so he should have access to them. So I just think that I should have, he should have known a little bit more about what was going on with me. He did write a report. That's about it. Thank you.

Hello, my experience was okay overall. They didn't know my medical history. They had medications from a long time ago that I hadn't used in years. They also called me 20 minutes before the appointment started to see if I could get there sooner. And in addition, I had a seizure and I wasn't able to be seen Right away, I had to wait a week and a half. But my doctor was very kind and understanding, and he gave me a lot of feedback, and he truly listened to me. So, Dr. Sharetts, because of Dr. Sharetts, I will return. I appreciate him listening to me and addressing all the concerns that I had. So, overall, I am satisfied. But some things just needed improvement.
