Very difficult to get an appointment. It took almost 4 mths and my primary doc and a navigator had to help schedule this. Also, I don't know at this point if I'm going to actually feel better. Nothing can be done until tests are completed which is another 3 weeks

I was very disappointed with the care I received. I came seeking a complete neurological evaluation due to serious symptoms affecting my daily life (pain, paresthesia, dizziness, weakness, difficulty sleeping). The doctor showed no interest in listening to my concerns or fully evaluating me. He only performed an EMG, which I knew doesn't always detect cervical problems, and then sent me home without further investigation or consideration of my symptoms. I left feeling ignored, without answers, and with the feeling that my problems weren't taken seriously. I'm seeking help because I'm genuinely going through a difficult time, and I expected more humane treatment and a more responsible evaluation. This experience left me with more anxiety and uncertainty. I need Virtua to take these cases seriously and ensure that patients are listened to and properly evaluated.

My experience at the doctor's office was wonderful. I have no bad critique at all. However, this phone call to take the survey is being sent to me during our dinner time. So it's six o'clock at night. So that I would definitely change. I wouldn't be calling people around dinner time.

I really like this Dr. He was a no nonsense type. He explained everything clearly. He continuously asked questions while doing the EMG test (this was both getting my medical history & a distraction). He took my issues seriously. He had a friendly mannerism as well.

I would have liked to have them know the last MRI that I received. And in the one from 2016, I had much more recent MRIs than that. And I think that should have been looked into. I should have brought my disc, but They were done in virtual memorials, so he should have access to them. So I just think that I should have, he should have known a little bit more about what was going on with me. He did write a report. That's about it. Thank you.

Hello, my experience was okay overall. They didn't know my medical history. They had medications from a long time ago that I hadn't used in years. They also called me 20 minutes before the appointment started to see if I could get there sooner. And in addition, I had a seizure and I wasn't able to be seen Right away, I had to wait a week and a half. But my doctor was very kind and understanding, and he gave me a lot of feedback, and he truly listened to me. So, Dr. Sharetts, because of Dr. Sharetts, I will return. I appreciate him listening to me and addressing all the concerns that I had. So, overall, I am satisfied. But some things just needed improvement.

When I asked questions about the test being performed, he acted as if it was none of my business. Test was done, no discussion and rushed me out the door. A friend needed a referral for a neurologist today, I could not recommend him.

The doctor was very helpful about my issues and he was very helpful watching me walk and say the alphabet and asked me to say it backwards and I did. Then he asked me to walk step by step he put me thru some difficult things and I appreciate him. He was very thorough. ?

The doctor, he was really good, really acknowledged to everything. He knows what he was saying. And on top of that, he has all my records from the old doctor that I didn't even have to bring it. The Girl checking me in snapped at me for touching the card machine before she was ready for me to put my card in. Girl checking me out rolled her eyes at me. She also had wireless earbuds in which is against Virtua policy. I am a Virtua RN so I am very aware of this policy. This is the second time I've been in the office and heard the dr talk about me and laugh as I was walking out. This time it was because I asked him to renew zofran rx since I've had a migraine for 6 days. I'm 105 lbs and vomiting. I'm not sure why I should be shamed for that. I also asked about Botox for migraines. I was told we have a long way to go before that. I've been a patient with this practice for about 35 yrs for migraines. How much longer do I have to wait? The quality of care from this office now is horrible.
