Dr. Shappard has always been great. My husband and I have been with him since he came to the Treasure Valley. We will miss him and I am so glad that I had a little more time with him yesterday to Thank him for all he has done for us.

I have been coming to see Dr. Shappard since 2005. He is always kind, genuinely interested in how I am doing overall and really listens to any concerns. He is direct in his advice while always being respectful of me as a person. I trust his judgement and will miss him.

Dr. Shappard is likely the best doctor I've ever had. He consistently remembers the small details, takes time to answer my questions, and inquires about my well-being. His passion is evident, and I feel genuinely cared for. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Shappard, even my annual blood work and checkup. Kuwah is also fantastic - she's extremely hardworking and accurately conveys my concerns to Dr. Shappard. They make an incredible team!

Dr. Shappard is great but I think he is over scheduled and not allowed to spend much time with each patient without disruption his whole day of patients.
