My apt was cancelled and I was still expected to come in for a blood draw. Then apt was put in as a new customer. I had to fill out “new to St Als” paperwork.

The nursing staff went out of there way to help me, and made sure I was comfortable and they were good at what they do, which was a great comfort.

Introductions and a review of record history along with asking questions beyond how are you feeling would be helpful in the moment especially if patient is already anxious or has been passed around to multiple providers/ nurses.

Dr Peiarson was a good person and explained everything in detail I believe the problem was them calling the wrong place to get the information that they needed.

I appreciate the Dr's and staff. Dr Pierson is new to the dept and I appreciate the time spent with me. I miss Dr Gorden's calm and respectful demeaner though.

Dr. Gordan always performed a breast exam when I saw him. Dr. Pierson did not perform a breast exam.

Because I had a cancer diagnosis in 2014 I have [name] coming to this facility for many years. They’ve treated me as a patient with the same care and interaction they would with their own family member. I’ve been very impressed.

Had i been diagnosed in California where i lived i would not have gotten the care nd attentiom i did there in st Als. I was treated almost immediately nd my cancer was gone after my treatments . I am eternally grateful to my doctors nd staff that cared for me

To repeat myself, the staff, every single one of them, from the front desk check-in, to the additional check in points, to the lab staff, the assistants, nurses, PA and doctor, ALWAYS makes me feel cared about, and ALWAYS listens to my concerns, and ALWAYS is thorough. I simply cannot say enough good things about this wonderful facility, that deals with such agonizing issues for the patients. I find myself sharing this information with many people in my contacts with other folks. Thank you so much!

Other in my family have received treatment at the other cancer center in Boise and there were small things here and there that I didn’t like with their treatment.
