She was kind, knowledgeable, and explained what to expect from the group in regards to receiving care. She was attentive and did not rush the appointment. She stayed on track and made sure all of my questions were answered and understood.

Nerissa sincerely cares for her patients. She’s also very thorough. She made arrangements for me to see the breast surgeon in case it was needed after my biopsy. She anticipated what I didn’t know I would need. I was so appreciative that she helped make my journey easier to navigate.

She is extremely understanding as well as believing in her patients problems and thoughts. She does not tell you she isn't the person to deal with an issue , she will help you no matter what the issue is at that time. She is there to listen and give her best of herself as a NP. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

I was glad my daughter was with me as I’m having some problems with understanding and remembering what new treatments she was changing. I also think getting a copy of the visit is very helpful.
