She is one of the best medical providers that I have ever had over the years. I can’t say enough about her. She doesn’t leave any loose ends out. She makes me feel comfortable and explains everything in ways I can understand.

I would prefer to see a doctor. She didn’t seem to have looked at my records prior to seeing me and she didn’t know that I had a scheduled appointment with the doctor the following week until the end of the appointment. She seemed rushed and I felt like my case wasn’t getting sufficient attention.

i very much appreciated that i wasn't put on an antibiotic immediately. She requested I follow up to let her know if i was feeling better. She had her nurse respond to me immediately

He always listens to me. She's the best one I've had so far and she helps me out a lot with different things. I ask about her even though sometimes I talk too much great nurse practitioner. Everyone should have one like her

Nerissa Scott is a force of nature. She attacks a patient's acknowledged failure to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly the way Admiral Nelson attacked the combined French and Spanish fleet at the Battle of Trafalgar - forcefully and without delay. There may be other primary care providers on the face of the earth who are equally good. I can say in all candor, however, that none is better.

She was kind, knowledgeable, and explained what to expect from the group in regards to receiving care. She was attentive and did not rush the appointment. She stayed on track and made sure all of my questions were answered and understood.

Nerissa sincerely cares for her patients. She’s also very thorough. She made arrangements for me to see the breast surgeon in case it was needed after my biopsy. She anticipated what I didn’t know I would need. I was so appreciative that she helped make my journey easier to navigate.
