I thought Dr. Langford was very quick to respond. He didn't listen to some of my questions and answers and my statements. He kept asking me again or he forgot something that I said in my appointment. He was very short and kind of felt like it was just a routine of what he's seen all the time and he was very quick on his answer.

Dr. Langford was extremely pleasant to work with because he was straight spoken and easy to understand. I had several questions and he took the time to answer them.

Dr Langford comes across as impatient, in a hurry, and he talks down to me. I sometimes feel like I am annoying him when I ask a question. When he asks what I want to do to proceed, it would be nice if he reassured me that it was okay to think about it. I feel like I have to quickly make a decision and questions are answered, but he seems irritated. I get not having much of a bedside manner, but a warm tone would go a long way.

Dr. Langford is taking excellent care of my aging hands. His calm manner is always very assuring.
I frequently recommend him . I have sent a friend.
Rockhill was recommended to me, and I'm very happy that I took my friends advise. You can't buy anything better than word-of-mouth advise.

This was my second visit with Dr. Langford for two different concerns, and once again, he was professional, friendly, and an excellent physician.

My appointment was on time so I didn't have any wait. Dr Langford was kind and humored me when I fretted about the cortisone shot being painful. It was not very painful at all, in fact. Quick, but helpful visit.

When telling the doctor what hurts, then later he ask, so where your pain, makes me think he wasn't paying attention to what I originally said.

Dr Langford is professional, caring, good at explaining in detail why you hurt. and good at giving you options to relieve the pain. After meeting with him and hearing my options, I chose to have carpal tunnel surgery on my left wrist.
The surgery and after care went well. I would highly recommend him, his team, and LS outpatient to everyone.

Dr Langford listened to me and responded to me and my questions. This was the first time he had treated my left hand and it quit hurting within the next 2 or 3 days. I only wish I had had him give me a shot in my right hand this time, too!

Yes, I was very happy with the service I received from Dr. Langford and everyone in his staff. I have already recommended one friend who has already been to see him and I think I have a family member going to see him. If I need anything done on my hand in the future, I will also go to see him. Very happy patient.
