Dr. Knappenberger exceeded my expectations with his bedside manner, his knowledge Of my medical problem and the path he laid out for me for my treatment.

My husband went to Dr. Knapenberger and really liked him and so that’s why I decided to go to him. I found him a very kind and thoughtful and respectful, and a good listener and make sure that I had answers to any questions that I had before he left the room. I think he’s a very, very good doctor.

Dr. Nappenberger is a great physician. He is easy to work with. He was available for me to get into again and I will keep coming back to him for my ENT needs and he's just a nice guy and he's good at what he does. Thank you.

Dr. Zappenberger was condescending, rude, and unwilling to explain any level of my treatment past a yes or no response.

Dr was obviously hurried and treated me dismissively. More than 20 years coming to St Luke's and 1st time I felt like the Dr was not looking out for me.

Will definitely keep Dr Knappenberger as my ENT doctor. His staff is friendly. No long waits. Explained everything where i could understand what was going on.

I felt rushed, and the doctor did not explain the reason for my symptoms. He said it was acid reflux, but he did not explain much I left feeling confused
