Will definitely keep Dr Knappenberger as my ENT doctor. His staff is friendly. No long waits. Explained everything where i could understand what was going on.

I felt rushed, and the doctor did not explain the reason for my symptoms. He said it was acid reflux, but he did not explain much I left feeling confused
