Dr Knappenberger combines tremendous listening skills with his medical knowledge. This gives me as his patient complete confidence that he is providing great medical help to me.

I was most impressed with the thoroughness of the doctor. He listened to me. He checked me over thoroughly. A few months ago, I'd come in there and visited with another doctor who was not so thorough. That's why I selected this doctor. So I was very impressed and I would recommend him to any family and friends.

Dr Knappenberger is very personable. He made me feel at ease during my visit. He listened and asked if there were more concerns. He gave my visit adequate time. I really appreciate St. Luke’s care for their patients.

He was simply excellent. It was the difference between day and night from the first ENT that I saw. I am grateful to be under his care. He’s a true professional. St. Luke’s is lucky to have him.

A very good listener and patient educator.Kind and professional, took the time to explain everything in ways I could understand, explained the treatment plan and was very patient. Gentle with the exam.
He was empathic with my symptoms and my request to avoid surgery if at all possible. Gave me detailed information I can use to feel better.

The wait to see the doctor was too long. You ask patients to arrive early to their appt. yet I had to wait nearly 30 minutes “after” my scheduled appt time to finally see the doctor.
A patients time is important too.

My husband went to Dr. Knapenberger and really liked him and so that’s why I decided to go to him. I found him a very kind and thoughtful and respectful, and a good listener and make sure that I had answers to any questions that I had before he left the room. I think he’s a very, very good doctor.

Dr. Nappenberger is a great physician. He is easy to work with. He was available for me to get into again and I will keep coming back to him for my ENT needs and he's just a nice guy and he's good at what he does. Thank you.
