I have seen Dr. Scott before she is always smiling and kind. I appreciate that she reminds me of the tests I need to have done and the dates they need to be done by approx. West Arbor in Ann Arbor did not do that they just gave you a phone number to call and said schedule to get these tests done. It is a good thing I can somewhat read these things because no one calls to tell you how they went. I do get that info from My Chart probably the most valuable tool provided!

Visit started as soon as I was called into the office and there was no waiting for nurse or Dr to come into the office. I had a question about communication regarding prescriptions and the nurse understood and easily explained how it should be done.
