this was my first time speaking to this provider. She was well prepared, I felt like I had known her for years. She addresses all my concerns and enabled several courses of actions to treat my medical needs.

I was really impressed with Dr. Scott. She took the time to read my internal IHA records regarding my recent hospital stay before meeting me for the first time. She was professional, sincere, friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions as well as the questions my daughter had. I am grateful to have found a new PCP after my last one relocated.

I have seen Dr. Scott before she is always smiling and kind. I appreciate that she reminds me of the tests I need to have done and the dates they need to be done by approx. West Arbor in Ann Arbor did not do that they just gave you a phone number to call and said schedule to get these tests done. It is a good thing I can somewhat read these things because no one calls to tell you how they went. I do get that info from My Chart probably the most valuable tool provided!
