My nurse practitioner Scott Hayles is excellent at talking to me about what is happening to me regarding my health issues. He's patient and listens to all my concerns and asks the right questions that get to the issues I'm concerned about. He always answers my questions with concern and Involves me in what I think. He messages me back in a timely manner concerning my health.
