Staff at front desk was very kind, courteous and helpful, arranging all my upcoming appointments. Doctor was very thorough and took his time with me. It made my visit which, was long overdue, very informative. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns by ordering labwork. Thank you.

I went to drop off a urine sample the next day, and one of the people at the desk across from me seemed uninterested and even a little annoyed that I didn't speak fluent English. They said they would call me with the results, but I haven't heard back. The doctor was very professional and attentive to my problem.

I felt like I was rushed, like the visit was, they wanted me in and out. I didn't feel like I normally feel when I go and I get my normal doctor that I see. I just felt like they just tried to rush me out.

Dr Frye was not only professional but took the time to talk about my heath and well being . He immediately communicated the tests that I needed to contribute to my heath plan from vaccines to mammograms, he was very informative and took the time to ask me about myself and family history. All the while ensuring that I had everything I needed before I left the office . I found the office staff so helpful explaining the referrals to me. Dr Frye also made sure to schedule a follow-up visit so that he could discuss the test results with me . My visit was a 10 .

As new patients, Dr Frye was able to see my wife and I together as we had back to back appointments. He did spend quite a bit of time getting to know us and to go over our past as our original family doctor retired.

Dr. Frye was very professional, very friendly. It's the first time I ever met the doctor and he did a great job of giving me comfort. He seemed to know a lot about me and what was even better, he was able to communicate person to person and he presented me with some excellent options on my future health care and I'm very pleased to have met him and to have him as my primary care physician.

The only issue is the call system. You are always waiting to get through or you do a call back. I miss calling the office directly. Seems more efficient.

Dr Frye was very helpful and kind. I felt that he listened carefully to my concerns and alleviated my anxiety over taking a medication that had been previously prescribed. He seems to be a very caring doctor.

Provider initially stayed distance away from me, standing when asking me questions about my health. I felt I wasn't welcome.

He was a very good doctor. When he came in, he washed his hands. He talked to me about my previous history. He helped me figure out what I need to do next, and he followed up all my referrals and gave me some new ones. Overall, I would definitely recommend him for my family. I actually did recommend him to my family, and they saw him also that day, and they loved him too.

I am a newly enrollment. My primary care. Would not know everything about me because I have some tests and treatments ordered from another clinic outside Virtua that haven't been completed. I did make him aware of the tests requested. Next appt results will be available.

I really like this doctor. I had my other primary for 2 years and I think I seen her three times. Didn't like her at all but Dr Frye was great.
