In my 72 years, Dr. McAleer is the most competent, qualified, dependable, and trustworthy GP I ever had. Have relied on him for 3 years at this point, and definitely recommend him, because it is not possible to beat the best. S. A. Broyles

Dr. McAleer was great with Robert. He gave him a thorough exam on both knees and shoulder. He ordered X-rays and provided us an update that evening. He also suggested that we find a PT center near our home in Oneida and offered to get the referral written for the PT center we found. Dr. McAleer understands Bob's challenges and works with him to get him great care and motivates him to do better.

I feel like Dr. Mcaleer actually listens to me as a patient and this is hard to find anymore from the medical field that is all caught up in computers, reports, and herding people through.

He is very easy to talk to and he listens to to what you have to say

Dr. McAleer takes time to actually talk to the patient (and in this case their caregiver) about what is going on. He never seems rushed or disinterested. He offers his best advice about situations and does not push pharmaceuticals on patients. Where diet and lifestyle changes are appropriate, that's what he recommends. He is a very caring physician -- something that unfortunately seems to be really rare these days.

Dr.Mcaleer is real as a friend. When you are in his care you can trust his medical advice. He listens as well that's hard to find. Dr.Mcaleer doesn't mix words straight forward as the day is long.
