Every visit that I have had with Dr. Russell has been exemplary. His entire staff has gone out of their way to make sure my visit was courteous, pleasant, and easy. I highly recommend the entire staff as well as Dr. Russell.

I appreciated my visit with Dr. Scott Russell. He did an excellent job. And I appreciate his attention to detail, his background knowledge. And it was a good visit, a very positive experience. And I think my overall experience with St. Luke's was very positive also. So I thank everybody, and particularly Dr. Russell.

Scott Russell is a wonderful primary care doctor. His nurse is extremely helpful, accessible, and creates good communication between the patient and the doctor. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Russell is awesome. He's so very helpful in explaining medical tests in an understandable way. He's been my doctor for decades now...I believe. His staff is the best also. I don't know what I'd do without him as my Internist.

Everything moved smoothly. Minimal waiting. Nurse was friendly and competent. Dr. Russell appeared in a timely manner, covered my history thoroughly, provided helpful advice, communicated effectively. He is an excellent doctor.

Even though I had an 8am appointment, I had a really very long wait between when the nurse weighed me etc. until the doctor came in.

Appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:15pm. Waited until 4:10pm to see the doctor. Not great.

I really like Dr. Russell's style as a physician. I feel as if I can ask him anything and he will provide me with useful, comprehensible information. A very professional physician.

I've been a patient of Dr. Russell's for more than 15 years - I was very lucky that he took me on and I still consider myself very lucky to be in his care. I know a few friends have seen him after I recommended his services and they too are very pleased.

I was told to be there 15 minutes early, when I had already completed everything online, and still waited 45 minutes from my appointment time to get called back. In total I waited an hour. I only mention this because I have a busy schedule also.
