What a great office all the way around. I'm very pleased with everyone; from the entire office staff and up to the doctor. Everyone was friendly, courteous and listened. Very nice and professional!

Dr. Modena and staff are always professional, they treat you as a person and not a medical file. I am always thankful for their attention and concern. Yes I would recommend them and have to others.

My doctor was very good. He listened to me and very courteous. I would, you know, definitely looking forward to keep on being treated by him. I don't know him fully. I only had the one consultation with him, so we'll see how things work out. But so far, so good. I'm pretty happy with him and hopefully we can get some of my issues resolved. Thank you.

My appointment was with Dr, Modena. His nurse practitioner came in first to tell me he was running late but would be in to see me. She told me the results of testing done and the treatment. This condition could be serious. I waited over an hour and when Dr Modena did not show up, I went out and asked. He eventually came in and said he never intended to see me and only had a few minutes since he was running behind! He was very rushed. My appointment was scheduled with him and I expected him to honor that. I'm on an antibiotic and yesterday I was not feeling well. I called and the on call doctor called me back and told me I could miss a couple of doses of the antibiotic. He said that he would send a note to Dr Modena to call me in the morning. He never did and I got the symptoms again and called his office and they sent him an urgent message. He never called. I will call again in the morning. I just need him to get me through this condition and then I will look for another doctor.

Dr. Modena is always available to answer my questions in a very quick manner. And his staff is always amenable to changes when I have circumstances that get me there late and they make changes to help me out with that situation. And I love it. Thank you very much.

He was very pushy to get me to do test on something other than I came for and I told them that my regular doctor is aware about it and is not concerned about it and I didn't come to him for that

Dr. Modena carefully explained his plan of action in response to my symptoms, got things underway quickly, and very quickly responded to the initial results that have come back from the lab. So I'm very pleased with our progress so far. I would highly recommend him. In fact, I did recommend him to a friend.
