The virtual option to take care of my daughter's issue was amazing. The doctor showed up and it was a medical doctor and he took his time to find out what was happening and to explain what was happening and what he was thinking and to get her what she needed. Dr. Schuermann was fantastic. He’s kind and gentle and listened to my subjective complaints. I had a sudden onset swollen right eye to the point I couldn’t barely open my eyelid. Is a private practitioner or physical therapist I was concerned of what could possibly be happening. He gave me my options Which included a gentle approach and a more progressive approach and allowed me to decide which I wanted to choose. Being a healthcare provider, myself and private practice. I chose the more progressive approach in my eye improved very quickly.This was my first time using a virtual appointment and I remain amazed at the efficiency and quality that I received
