The pins used to prick my finger for a blood draw are way too hurtful. They bruise and leave Black marks on my finger that last four weeks.

Has offered excellent quality service to us since 12011. Always expresses quality caring. Grateful for her service and the relationship and friendship that has developed over the years. It means so much to be a patient/known by name and issues, not feeling like a statistic! Great Job!
