Dr Schoon is a great listener. She immediately told me a great plan to help my symptoms! Felt very confident with her! She did not judge me or lecture me, even though I haven’t been to the doctor for a very long time. Very great listener and highly compassionate. Gave me a great health plan to move forward and I will see her again in two weeks. I am a person who generally shines away from doctors, but she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I am 71, and have never had a primary care physician as attentive to my issues and concerns, listen to all my questions, and address each one in ways I can understand. She takes the time to cover the main reason for my visit and dig into any other issues that I may have.

She is a very nice doctor. She takes the time with you and answers all your question's. She makes you feel very comfortable talking with her. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a number. She wants to make sure she is doing everything she can for a health plan that is best for you. I am happy I went to see her.

Dr. Schoon was very kind, patient, attentive, and caring. She was not dismissive, judgmental, or condescending. She exhibited all the great qualities of a medical professional that you would expect. After being treated poorly by many different doctors, it was nice to know that there are some good ones still out there.
