Katherine Shoo is always superb in her knowledge, patience and especially “bedside manner.” She listens, allows me to talk, waits for my initial results, then prescribes a medication so quickly that I was able to pick it up on my way home. So yes, NP Shoo is extraordinary. Thanks!

Katherine Shoo is extraordinary. She is very friendly, courteous, thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. She listens well, encourages patient input, lays out various options and explains findings and solutions completely. I know know I am in good hands in her care.

As with every experience with Katherine, she exudes professionalism with pleasant conversation to make you feel comfortable during the visit. She asks pertinent questions while listening intently. And at the end of the visit, she advises a plan and gets the understanding and agreement of the patient. I left feeling her ownership of my situation which I feel makes a huge difference . She also got me in to see her on very short notice which I appreciated immensely. She is outstanding!

Katherine is always very patient with me. I know I can be a challenge. I kinda have my own ideas on what kind of treatment would work best for me and she listens patiently and then is very direct with her opinion and what I need to do. Most times we meet somewhere in the middle. I like her a lot and do trust her opinions. Thank you

Katherine Schoo is always very attentive and comprehensive in her care. She takes care to come into the visit being familiar with history and following up on past issues shows that she is very thorough in attending to all aspects of health that can affect the current reason for visit. I find her very engaging and feel very at ease when I meet with her.

Katherine Schoo was amazing. She was not in a hurry, she listened to my concerns and proceeded to recommend ideas/suggestions. She is very knowledgeable, and it shows how much she cares for her patients and meeting their needs. I would highly recommend "Kat" to everyone. Catherine Shue NP was exactly who I needed to see. She listened to my symptoms/concerns and provided verbal and written info; offered next steps and encouraged me to reach out whenever I was ready to proceed with treatment of my choice. My visit turned out to not require urgent care but I am thankful that I was seen and evaluated.
