Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone on my visit showed me great courtesy respect, and care. They handled my issues or situation in a timely manner got me in and out in a timely manner. I was very impressed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t think of anything it was a great visit. Everyone was wonderful took the time to speak to me talk to me, individually knew my conditions what was going on with me and they handled everything appropriately I was very impressed.

I think Dr. Schoenherr is an extraordinary doctor, he has been the most satisfying Primary physician I have in a long time. He's very patient, listening and responding with understanding answers.

I have a great doctor who is very interested in hearing how you feel and explaining the things you ask. He takes time to talk to you.

The appointment period was only for 15 minutes. I had four separate issues to discuss with the doctor and felt we were rushed for time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The physician, Matthew Schoenherr, was very compassionate. We had recently experienced a family tragedy, ( unrelated to scheduled visit) and he took the time and attention to listen and discuss the possible future effects to our health.

I only spoke with my doctor and as always he was professional, understanding and informative. I was recently hospitalized and we talked about my new incidental findings and how they could be potentially serious and what he wanted to do moving forward. He and all of his staff are always courteous and patient while smiling the whole time.

Dr. Schoenherr always provides excellent care. He takes every concern and question seriously and takes his time. I feel like he really cares about me as a patient and my well being. He explains things thoroughly and in terms I can understand as well.
