I have never had a bad experience at West End ObGyn in my 13 years as a patient.

I waited for over 30 minutes after my appointment arrival time and waited another 30 minutes to see the provider. My appointment lasted an hour and a half for 10-15 minutes of time with my provider. Very disappointing.

I was satisfied with the appointment and being seen by NP Jessica. She was very thorough, provided me with a range of options and was clear how each could be of help. Just what I was hoping for.

Everyone at the office was super kind. I really appreciated the time that Jessica took to talk to me about my symptoms and the outlook of my health and care. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

I am so impressed with Jessica. Two of my daughters also spoke to her. She was very happy. Her bedside manner is outstanding. She takes her time. She explains. She doesn't rush. She cares about her patients.

It went fine. All the staff were very kind and compassionate. The nurse practitioner took her time and talked to me about my concerns.

My appointment was at 8:15. I was told to join the call at 8:00 am. My provider didn’t join until 8:27 am, 3 min before the call was scheduled to be over.

The doctor was thorough and pleasant, and kind. The assistant was nice.
