This provider has no courtesy or manners for any patient. He did not knock when he comes into the room. He did not introduce himself when he comes into the room. And he did not look at you when he’s talking to you or explaining anything to you. He only kept looking up at the ceiling very unprofessional experience I ever received. Very disrespectful. I do not ever want to see Schneider Bernard again not for my care.

Similar to the other. I feel that they are more interested in intending to the computer than they are the patient. They are very preoccupied with the computer and getting that information entered.

Very good back and forth during visits. I feel like I am being heard and not talked to. It's a comfortable atmosphere where not apprehensive about asking questions or introducing any medical concern.

I was left in a room for close to 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time before I was seen. My time is valuable as well. I was about to leave. Valuing a patient’s time as much as your own, if not more, goes a long way.

I am not happy at all. I was treated dismissively and now have additional complications that will needlessly continue until I change providers yet again or just do as I’m told and be compliant.

Bernie spends however much time I need and I feel he is very thorough in reading my charts of test results, blood work etc. He listens to me and asks questions that I may not think to ask. He is very caring and very professional in every engagement we've had. He is calm and nonjudgmental. I feel confident that he follows through with my needs.

maybe just the new age of medicine - but i feel i could have rec;d the same information by googling it myself. They seem completely focused on the laptop and never look at the patrient
