Bernie is great. He listened to my explanation of was wrong, did a thorough exam of the hip that was causing me excruciating pain, and then provided me with authorization forms to get X-rays as well as physical therapy.

He’s obviously very knowledgeable about medicine, but his bedside manner is disheartening. One of the reasons I prefer Trinity Health and St.Francis is because the providers are typically more receptive of my concerns.

This provider has no courtesy or manners for any patient. He did not knock when he comes into the room. He did not introduce himself when he comes into the room. And he did not look at you when he’s talking to you or explaining anything to you. He only kept looking up at the ceiling very unprofessional experience I ever received. Very disrespectful. I do not ever want to see Schneider Bernard again not for my care.

Similar to the other. I feel that they are more interested in intending to the computer than they are the patient. They are very preoccupied with the computer and getting that information entered.
