Darcy, the MA'S and the front desk was great. Darcy really listen to my concerns and really took the time to assess my child and really showed she cared and made us feel very welcomed.

The entire Staff at BJC URGENT CARE were all EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL Every person I made contact with from the time I placed my call that morning for making an appointment to the time I left the URGENT CARE facility were ALL very attentive to the reason for my appointment.

Darcy the nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing to work with in finding out what was going on. She was very up-to-date on my health issues. I felt so at ease with her and so comforted knowing that she was concerned about all aspects of my health and my care I would recommend her to anyone

My wait time in the waiting room was only 3 minutes. My appointment was at 10:15 and I was in the exam room at 10:15. I’ve used this facility multiple times and waiting has always been kept to a minimum. Outstanding!
