Nurse politely and efficiently got me ready to see NP. NP revisited my history more in-depth, did a physical, made eye contact, did a great job of listening to my concerns, asking if I had additional questions, explained my conditions and wrote 2 rx to treat them.

The whole team was extraordinary from beginning to end and Cassandra was The Best!

Ms Schmidt was efficient and engaged me regarding current issues and history thereof. She avoided ordering unnecessary tests . And asked my history of current symptoms and what had worked for me in the past. She told me when I could expect symptom relief, possible side effects of drug and when to check back with her if not drug not working. Great experience!

The nurse practitioner came in within 10 minutes, greeted me and talked with me looking me to eye not just staring into her computer. She was super friendly and very thorough also. She listened to everything I had to say I didn’t try to minimize any of my issues. I was so impressed with her and her kindness and ability to communicate. I don’t feel that in very many places I go she was definitely a nurse practitioner who stands out from the rest. I would not hesitate to see her again and I’ve already told multiple people about her. She should be commended for her ability to make people feel good.

I felt seen and heard by the provider. I was feeling so poorly and it was nice to be treated with compassion. I left feeling cared for by this team

Cassandra was absolutely fantastic. Listened to me explain the history of my issue and was actually engaged in the conversation (not dismissive or rushing me). She also gave several options/treatment paths moving forward and noted solutions if the next steps don’t resolve the issue. I had a follow up question, and she quick to respond to the MyChart message and very helpful. I definitely will not hesitate/delay seeking care now that I know Cassandra will provide excellent care.

Cassi was Excellent! She was very thorough, listened, explained her diagnosis completely, Checked all possibilities regarding my issues, her action plan to resolve my issues has been very effective. She is a Wonderful, Caring and Kind Medical Professional, Very Respectful, We will continue to see her as needs require, She is a Blessing.

Cassandra listened to me, shared an assessment and discussed treatment options. After my treatment ant ultrasound on Friday, she phoned me on Monday to follow up and inquired about my treatment experience.
