I would was late for my appointment that morning and had to reschedule. The earliest available time wasn't until June.The young man, who was checking in patients, politely asked why I needed to see her sooner than that.. I explained my situation and he became very concerned. He tried to schedule for the confusion following week, but wasn't sure about using the only time available because it was reserved for same day appointments. He brought in someone who had years of experience ffered and we left it at that. Each of the employees ⁹

I like the fact that the children were free with her immediately although they met her for the first time. She allowed them to express themselves and she communicated with them at their level. She confirmed with me what the children were saying
