Dr. Chay and is staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating attending to my 92-year-old mother. Her examine was very through and the results indicated her medication regime has prevented any further progression of her glaucoma or macular degeneration, to our great relief! I highly recommend Dr. Chay and Schefkind Eye Care.

All the staff was caring and especially the sweet lady who did my testing..Can't remember her name. I get anxious and her sweet manner calmed me. And Dr. Schefkind is the best. I would give them all 100% in their work.

Very thorough and comprehensive exam. The Shefkind team is very cordial, well trainer and efficient. Dr. Chay in exceptionally good at explaining results from the several tests performed and charting a course forward. I always leave my visits feeling very confident that my vision is well protected.

I didn't feel rushed. Was told to take my time when reading the eye chart. Kept me updated from computer to eye exam. Dr. Chay very thorough in explaining to me about my eyelid, even showed me charts off the computer. Very pleased with my appointment. Staff was very friendly.

Dr. Chay is one of a kind in the best possible sense. Show careful to cover all the bases and explain them to you and I always have lots of questions explains all of the permutations in a way that you can understand either with a mask on and even now I’m nearly deaf personable brilliant and responsive. My two best friends in the Washington area also go to him and they share my opinions
He is able to make the experience almost a fun outing despite of course all of the requisite tasks And fantastic about explaining Breakthroughs in treatment that don’t even apply to me yet but are comforting to know about.

Dr. Schefkind and his staff were both professional and kind. They answered all my questions. The office is clean, and there is adequate space between patients in the waiting room. I did not have to wait long because they were on schedule. I've been going to this practice for decades and will continue because of their outstanding care.
