I’m a patient of Dr. Mark Joseph and never waited so long for the provider to come into room before. Maybe the tech staff not telling Dr. I was set to be seen. Dr. did not say what holdup was either. The visit itself was appreciated.

She was excellent and professional, reasonable and willing to discuss issues without shame or guilt in my choices. I appreciate a doctor like her who is willing to fight for your best health while also acknowledging that it’s a team effort between doctor and patient and there’s not always only one right answer. She feels very much “on my team”, not making me feel “less-than” or ignorant for my choices.

The first contact with this provider was exactly what I want from health care. It was on time, did not feel rushed, was listened to and left with a plan to move forward in caring for my health. Many providers in the modern health system seem to be rushed and over scheduled. This was not my personal experience at Trinity.

For a young doctor I was afraid that I’d not see eye to eye with her but she came in very friendly, and showed me that she listens and cares. Too many young doctors have not found that caring mode yet but. Dr Schaar really truely cares. She was well worth waiting for.
