I was very satisfied with ~ DR Rock, Dr O'Hera and Danielle... However after having my catheterization, I was left with lack of information on results...and when I called Dr O'Hera s office the nurse I spoke with was very limited on what she could tell me, I realize it was probably because she was not in a position to , or knowledgeable in that area..when I spoke to the Watertown office manager about not being happy about having unanswered questions, and the fact that I was unhappy with having to wait over two weeks to hear any fine details about the catherization, I was simply told that I HAD spoken to someone, and pleasantly told she was sorry I was unhappy, and I could speak to Danielle about any questions tomorrow at my appointment.. Katie ( the office manager) wouldn't hear concerns on the matter, .. I was left feeling like I was some kind of hostile patient for having complained, I even apologized to her the next day.. I believe after having such a procedure, peace of mind is very important while moving forward in such a process. I have lung cancer, and quite enough on my plate to deal with at this time... Danielle did an amazing job explaining things, as well as answering all my questions. But waiting over two weeks for that , I believe was far too long. By the way... Your front of house staff are great... Thank you

I do not mind going at all because of their caring concern.

Danielle was very nice, efficient, cheerful.
