I thought the staff was very helpful when I checked in and also when I checked out and the young lady who took my signs, vital signs, was extremely polite and professional and I just generally had an excellent experience.

I wish more physicians were like Dr Butani. She's knowledgeable, efficient, caring and a great listener. I always feel as though I have her undivided attention. She reviews my lab work prior to our appointment and she's so prepared and on time. I really appreciate her professionalism.

I just want to say Dr. Butani is fantastic. I am very happy with her professionality and her sense of detail and compassion. And as far as nephrologists go, she gets a 10 out of 10, as I was clearly saying. I was very happy with her. I look forward to seeing her again. And I have nothing but the highest level of praise for her and her competence level. She is definitely expert in her field of nephrology. And I would recommend her to anybody that has kidney issues. That's basically it.

I was very pleased with the staff, and with theDr. This was my first visit, but I felt like my Dr really cared about me. And not all Dr's are like this. So I was very pleased.

This is the first time I actually came to see this doctor and the staff was extremely friendly. When I came in, they were very, very welcoming, very high personality, which I appreciated because sometimes you go to offices and people don't like their job and they were very enthusiastic, very, very friendly. I appreciated that. They were also, it was very quick. I did not have to actually wait a very long time, which I appreciated. They brought me right in into the back area, to the room, and they were very helpful. The doctor came in. She was very good, went over things, explained things well, very good bedside manner. And then when I left, they were also very, very friendly. And I told them that they were, I'm like, I appreciated how quickly everything worked out and how they were so friendly and welcoming initially. So I really like it. It definitely helps having the majority of my doctors with Virtua because I'm able to use the MyChart and I really appreciate that also.
