I really took my blood test. The person who took my blood test did not good job. She did poke me one time, it didn't work, and she poked in all the places in my arm. And it worked, but hurt. And when I come home, it bruises badly and very big bruise around my teeth. So I'm not recommending in the blood test in the, yeah, I don't know what's her name, but in her astute, not good either. I keep everything good, complaining about the blood test, withdrawal from the nurse or the medical assistant to withdraw blood tests in the facility. That's it.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The waiting room wait was not long, however, once in the exam room I was told to put on the exam vest/ drape only to sit for 45 minutes waiting for her to come in. Sitting on an exam table is very uncomfortable and I finally had to lie back on the table.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sauer was beey helpful and knowledgable. I feel comfortable in her caring and professional manner. She took the time to run a test to see if I needed more care due to family history of breast cancer which I appreciated very much.

I absolutely love Dr. Sauer. She is so nice and knowledgeable. The office staff is friendly. I recommend Dr. Sauer to everyone I know.

I was simply impressed with the staff and definitely with Dr. Megan Sauer, so professional with a great 'bedside manner.' The whole visit was so well organized.

Dr Sauer was patient with me and explained everything...she is the greatest! The staff was friendly, yet professional...treated me excellent!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not to leave me sitting in exam room for almost an hour waiting. By the time the doctor showed up I was in no mood to chit chat or go over my chart. I told her to do what she needed to do. I almost got up & left without seeing the doctor.

Dr Sauer is very approachable when I need to ask an embarrassing question or talk with her about my medical issues. She always makes me feel comfortable speaking to her
