Everyone at this facility was very friendly and knowledgeable. But when I arrived on the 4th floor I was early. Their was a medical receptionist by the name of Laquanda that had nothing to do with my doctors appointment. She worked for a different doctor on that floor. She was absolutely amazing so amazing. I had to ask her name. She actually asked me my name to make sure I was in the right place with the right doctor. She made me feel so comfortable. I just hope that whoever is in charge realizes what what kind of person she is and what she does for any patient that enters that floor.

I am so happy with this experience. From the easy scheduling, meeting with the doctor and his assistants to the nurses scheduling my procedure. Fast and friendly. Everyone was so nice

Doctor was nice and explained everything. However PA who wrote the notes in my chart just copied notes from other doctors. Never asked me a question. There were 2 other people who came into the room with the doctor. Never were introduced to me so I don't know who was the PA. Also he/she mentioned exam. The only person who examined me was the doctor and he only examined my leg.
