I received quick professional service. Very impressed with Dr. Shapiro and his nurse Tiffany. Both were very attentive and thorough. I left feeling like the visit was worthwhile and there was a plan of action in place to diagnosis my condition. Would definitely recommend Dr. Shapiro and his team to anyone needing a urologist going forward.

Check-in was swift and respectful/friendly. All personnel treated me as a person, not just "the next case." And, most importantly, Dr. Shapiro was a great communicator who explained everything to me clearly. I have a sense of trust in his training and experience, and I know I can reach out to him if I have further questions or issues. This visit was a highly positive experience.
